Mazda K series Intake Manifold Identification

 

 

    Here's most K-series intakes manifolds

        KL short straight neck (round runners)

        KF-ZE straight neck (round runners)

        K8 curved neck (round runners)

 

 

 

 

 

    KF-ZE curved neck (square runners)

 

    This intake comes on the Lantis Type-R. 

    This is a true KF-ZE 170hp intake.

   

    Note: This is basically a K8 Intake manifold with

              square runners as opposed to round.

 

    KL-ZE straight neck (square runners)

 

    Basically this intake is the KF-ZE straight neck intake

    manifold, except has  square runners as opposed

    to round.

 

 

 

 

    This is a KL / KL-ZE intake Manifold.

    This comes on the Eunos 800 in Japan.

    This also comes on then NA Millennia. 

    FYI: the Eunos 800 is the JDM Millenia. 

 

    The only difference between the JDM and NA intakes is the

    JDM IM has the EGR blocked off with a plate.
